What is the “Halal” processing method of beef? I found on the internet that the processing must follow the “Islamic Shariah” method to be “certified”, but I don’t know what that is? Will you be so kind as to describe the process for me?
To process a beef for Halal meat, the animal has to be slaughtered by a Muslim by putting the animal down on the ground and slitting it’s throat with a very sharp knife to make sure that the 3 main blood vessels are cut.
