Creatine is a organic acid of nitrogenous base found in the muscle of animal and also precursor of Glycine amino acid. It is Halal only if obtained from Halal, Zabiha, animals. It could be from pork or beef muscle. (Web posted 04.14.02 @ 6.14 pm)
